08 November 2011 Whether a proprietory firm with turnover<60 lakhs required to file quarterly returns for tax deducted on salary paid or one annual return (i.e. for the 4th quarter)?

08 November 2011 There is no Annual Return of TDS as such. Even Turnover criteria is also not there in TDS Return filing.

Every TAN holder must file their Quarterly TDS Returns eventhough 'NIL' Returns.
