We are going to Upload TDs return for this quarter today.we have not yet paid Tds for Dec month,which we are going to pay in Jan last dates.in payment date column what should I mention as we have not paid TDS for Dec?

I am not in procedural work. I suggest you to try filing the return with short payment or writing the future date of payment. If not happening, please do not furnish any false info and file return only on payment of TDS with interest and late filing fee

Y to delay payment, and attract interest on it which results in extra cost to the assessee. Better to pay the tax with interest as applicable and file the return afterwards. For Q3 the last date of uploading the return is 31st of the month. So there is handsome time to pay the tax for Dec'16 month and then file the return. Better not to go for revise return.
