What is last date for filing tds return for f.y. 2015-16 Q4 .As per notification 30/2012 dated 29.04.2016 last date is 31 May whether it is applicable for this quarter or for the next quarter.

Dear Ma'am
It is applicable from 1st June, 2016 i.e. from financial year 2016-17. in other words due date for the last quarter of financial year 2015-16 is still 15th may 2016.

its not applicable its effective form 1.6.2016. at present date is 15.5.2016.
