I am an Advertising Agency and want to deduct Tds. We have purchased images, under what section code of TDS it will be deducted??

you are buy the image then no tds will applicable.
if your making payment to some one who design the images and deliver to you then you have to deduct TDS u/s 194J.
@ 10% if his billing more that Rs. 30000/- in a year.
