27 February 2015 I have raised the following Query with CPC- TDS On procedure for the closer by Cpc_ TDS in case of invalid PAN As per conso file there are 10 deducties with invalid pan I have retified the return but my demand of short deduction is not corrected by them. they impose the panilty as per 20% rate plz provide me the reason why

27 February 2015 If correction return is submitted by you then the demand should be nullified. Have you received demand notice again after submission of correction statement? Please check the reason of demand because if PAN is corrected then there should not be any demand due to wrong/invalid PAN.
