In case of auditee co.,there is Refund for A.Y. 2007-08 of Rs.48742 not yet received.Also Redunfd for AY 2008-09 has been received
Can refund for AY 2007-08 be received,whether it is practically possible?

based on your query assuming claim has been made for refund appropriately, one has to recieve refund, no idea u had approached the authorities any representations made or not, otherwise u would recieve it

When refund for the year 2008-09 has been receiveb it means earlier has already been processed.
So it is better to visit personally to the department.
