Please Please tell me
In case of auditee co.,there is Refund for A.Y. 2007-08 of Rs.48742 not yet received.Also Redunfd for AY 2008-09 has been received
Can refund for AY 2007-08 be received,whether it is practically possible?
How to get the refund,please tell me?

23 July 2010 based on your query assuming claim has been made for refund appropriately, one has to recieve refund, no idea u had approached the authorities any representations made or not, otherwise u would recieve it

24 July 2010 When refund for the year 2008-09 has been receiveb it means earlier has already been processed.
So it is better to visit personally to the department.
