How we claim refund for this TDS refund.

23 August 2016 Ask the deductor to update the PAN of deductee in TDS return online then only refund can be claimed.

Unless and until your pan will not he updated in TDS Return u will note be able to claim your refund.
Inform deductor to download conso file and revised the return with correction of deducted detail
