22 June 2009 what is the procedure for claiming refund of tds in case a person does not have PAN.

22 June 2009 As per my knowledge, u can claim the refund by filing ITR and for same u must have PAN.
moreover, employer TDS certificate will be issued to you displaying your PAN.
SO, u cant claim TDS refund without having PAN.

22 June 2009 No, you can't take refund of TDS paid unless you file return. For return filing you must have pan as said by Nikhil Gupta.
