11 July 2014 Dear Sir,

My Friend is Doctor. His Tds Deduct U/s 194j

When His Pan Card Not Available TDS is Deducted @20%

Now How That Amount of Tds Claim Because of not showing in 26 as

Kindly Reply.

11 July 2014 unless u dont have a valid pan no. then u will not get the tds back.so better apply for a valid pan.

11 July 2014 Dear Sir,

He Submit the Pan card to the Hospital also, and after the Submission the tds deducted at Normal Rate

but my Question is Now how he Claim tds which is Already Deducted at 20% when not Available pan card

Because Deductor has Already file Tds Return w/o quoting Pan of My Friend

11 July 2014 then he needs to first revise return by quoting the pan of deductee and then only if shown in 26 AS can claim tds@ 20%
