pl confirm me about the TDS RATE FOR RENT ( RENT PAYMENT TO INDIVIDUAL)
IS THIS 10.30% OR 10%.

i agree with experts. Its 10% on rent for property & premises & 2% on rent on machinery/equipments w.e.f 1.10.2009.
