If PAN not provided 20%.
Threshold limit:
Upto 30.06.2010 Rs 20000/- p.a.
From 01.07.2010 Rs 30000/- p.a.
If PAN not provided 20%.

Upto 30.06.2010 Rs 20000/- p.a.
From 01.07.2010 Rs 30000/- p.a.
