06 January 2012 i am paying consultancy fee for Q3 in the month of jan that consultancy company raised bill on 2nd jan for Q3 consultancy services and i have booked entry in tally as per invoice date so when i have to pay that deducted tds amt to bank in Q3 or Q4 pls urgent

17 January 2012 Since the bill has been booked on 2nd January, TDS shall be deducted on 2nd January and deposited by 7th February.

All transactions will be reported in the TDS return of Q4.
