is TDs provisions are applicable if individual falls for tax audit, if assessee files his return u/s 44 AD in last 3 years

If individual falls under tax audit unable to opt for the sec.44AD. The Individual is covered under sec.44AB during the immediately proceeding financial year then only covered under TDS provisions in current year. but only some of the TDS sections are not apply.
