if the due date for payment of TDS is a holiday then which day will be the due date?

In the TDSCPC regime a day before the due date will be the due date.

Nobody is there to listen you. So if, on the 7th- there is a holiday, you must discharge your obligation on the 6th so that you can save the "Pathani Interest".
