Dear Sir,
i have received the invoice from workshop company for welding job Amounted Rs.12,124/-. Is there any TDS applicable on the invoice or not. and what is the limit.

TDS u / s 194C apply if any one of Following conditions satisfy so if your single bill or Payment Not Cross Rs.30000/- or overall bill for year or Payment not exceeds Rs.100000/-so TDS not applicable.
Contract amount below specified limits
Amount of any single sum credited or paid doesn’t exceed Rs. 30,000
Aggregate amount of such sums credited or paid doesn’t exceed and doesn’t likely to exceeds Rs. 100,000/-

As per Your query You don't want deduct TDS for the above said value...
In case the values are exceeding above said reply you ll deduct including all bills...
