Tds on works cvontract
Querist : Anonymous
civil Work Rs. 100000, VAT @10.15 on 40% of Rs. 100000 = Rs. 4060, Service Tax @ 12.36 on 60% of Rs. 100000 = 7356
Total Invoice Value (100000 + 4060+ 7356) = 111416.
Now my queries are
1) Whether TDS shall be made on Rs. 107356
or on Rs. Rs. 67416
.
