1. MTR + Labour is = 95424/-
2. onlylabour is = 3850/-
Total bill = 99274/-
It's a supply of Electcial MTR & installation. How to bill This to a party.
Party is a Pvt.Ltd.co.in Construciton industry. We are into RCM in service Tax. what is the WCT rate?????? how to leavey it in the bill???????? @ what % the PArty will deduct TDS on whixh amt??????? what will be the total billing amount.?????????

02 February 2015 If it is supply of MTR and installation is minor and incidental to supply, it is not a works contract and no TDS applicable. It is only a supply of material.

Labour is not negligible, its a contract we have received from a builder( a pvt ltd. co) where we can not bifurcate the MTR & Labour, that is why we are considering it under works contract. then plz let me know how to bill it??????????
