Dear Experts,
we have issued a contract to water supplier to supply water to our residential complex in haryana. contact value is more then one lac.
kindly advise is there any TDS deduction applicability from employer side.

Employer side???
TDS u/s 194C is required to be deducted by the payer as it exceeds the threshold limit.

I think employer means contractor awarder. If so, deduction U/s 194C.
