hello any please help i have a doubt ragarding tds on warranty charges.
here after purchases of systems they charging seperately warranty charges can i deduct TDS OR NOT IF WHAT RATE

Yes sir, as it is a contract, thus you must have to deduct TDS U/s 194C and pay the remaining amount to contractor.
