Pvt.ltd co has transport division and its hire a two Tanker from HUF. Rs.37000/- per month Rent of Both Tanker.
What is TDS liability?

13 July 2013 In my view, if the HUF furnishes PAN , you need not to deduct TDS as the case is of leasing of goods career.
