Please tell me if i m having the PAN no. of Transporter what would be the processors of deducting TDS.

21 January 2012 In that case when you have PAN No of Transporters, you need not to deduct TDS on freight charges payable to them.

21 January 2012 If the Transporter provides Pan No then TDS will not be deducted. But if he fails to provide Pan then 20%
