Please tell me if i m having the PAN no. of Transporter what would be the processors of deducting TDS.

In that case when you have PAN No of Transporters, you need not to deduct TDS on freight charges payable to them.

If the Transporter provides Pan No then TDS will not be deducted. But if he fails to provide Pan then 20%
