Transport services provider charges 'Toll Charges' in his bill. Is this 'Toll Charges' taxable under Income Tax? Though transport charges not taxable, as transporter is providing PAN on his bill.

Take Toll Charges as Transportation Charges. You will not require to deduct TDS.
