Dear Friends,
Please suggest us the bill of Indian Post for postage charges to Foreign Country is liable to deduct Tds or Not.

Post Office being covered under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Central Govt, hence by virtue of Section 196, TDS is not required to be deducted on any payment being made to the Department against the services.
