We have paid sum Testing charges to ERDA. They have produced a copy of exemption certificate u/s 35 (1) and they are insisting for not to deduct TDS and they are exempted u/s 10(21).
Shall we deduct TDS or It is exempted from TDS. Please advaise.

AFTER RECEIVE THE EXEMPTION CERTIFICATES , THERE IS NO NEED TO DEDUCT TDS.
