22 July 2021 Our company has taken Team viewer premium subscription for 1 year for Rs. 30,000 from a company located in Germany.is TDS applicable on this transaction.

22 July 2021 The Supreme Court ruled that payments made to non-residents for software purchase can't be taxed as royalty, setting at rest a long-standing row. Hence TDS not applicable.
