In case of a contractor , bill issued to party in that bill amount received after deducting some amount for sub contract . party deducted tds on the full bill amount. Whether tds is deducted by contractor on the sub contract amount deducted from the bill. Pls help me its very urgent

TDS need to deduct on gross value of bill only.
