Dear Friends
Whether TDS has to be deducted on Sponsorship payment for delegate bags by Indian Firm to Foreign Co. situated in UK for event being held in hong kong ?
If yes than at what rate?

As per my understanding the Indian co. is paying for delegate bags in an event to be held in Hongkong to a UK Co..
To me it looks that TDS liability should not be there but you should obtain Tax Residency Certificate (from UK Tax Dept)through the UK Co.
