Tds on software licenses purchase

My company is Purchase Software Licenses (Peoplesoft Oracel Licenses)from a company( who customised Oracel are per our company requirment) in the month of Janurary 2012.Can we deducted TDS u/s 194J on realease of Payment.

In this case amount will be bifurcated in two parts cost of software and services received to customize software and tds will be deducted on services part only.
If it cant be bifurcated then tds will be deducted on whole amount.
If it cant be bifurcated then tds will be deducted on whole amount.
