21 June 2010 In my view, also 194C is attracted, since it won't require any professional qualification and membership of any professional body to provide AMC.

21 June 2010 My opinion based on the circular No.715 DT:8.8.1995, Software maintenance as technical nature, A normal person may not do the same.So still my view is 194J only
