Tds on service tax reimbersment

my sub-contractor pay service tax on civil contract @4.12% and raise service tax reimbersement bill to me & I pay service tax amount after deduction of TDS @2%.
please sugges this correct & give any circular & notification about TDS ON SERVICE TAX REIMBERSEMENT

yes. TDS need to be deducted inclusive of Service tax only
