Can we deduct TDS on Service Tax component included in invoice value?

Yes TDS is to be deducted from the gross value of the invoice including service tax.
In case rent payment TDS to be effected only on the amount representing Rent only without service Tax.
In case rent payment TDS to be effected only on the amount representing Rent only without service Tax.
