I want to know whether TDS is deducted on service tax including amount or exclusive amount?
If TDS is deducted on service tax exclusive amount, then in which sections?
Pls Being Helpful to me.

06 January 2016 As per notification No 1/2014 no tds is deductible on service tax amount.

06 January 2016 TDS NOT TO BE DEDUCTED ON SERVICE TAX COMPONENT SHOWN SEPARATELY
Circular 01/2014 dated 13.01.2014 reproduced hereunder. So TDS is Exclusive of Service Tax
,TDS on service tax (if indicated separatelyhas been exempted under all section covered chapter XVII-B of the ACT.
