We are using server of an Indian company and in turn we are paying a fixed amount for this service on every month. let me know on what section we have to deduct TDS for this service.

Since you are paying fixed monthly payouts so I have interpreted it as Rent and hence TDS to be deducted @ 2% if only server is used & if space or part of land & building is also used with server then TDS @10% will be deducted under section 194I.
