sales commisson on agricultaral product is liable to tds commission received from agriculteriest total comm is 125000/-

If that agriculturalist is otherwise liable to deduct TDS then he has to deduct TDS on this also.

The rate of TDS will be 10.30 % and all commission paid above Rs.2500/- will be liable for TDS.
