any one give me guide regarding how to deduct TDS and pay it when there is advance payment for purchase of land.
for eg there is three cheque given of different date and aggregate of all is more than 50 lacs
whether i have to deduct tds on first cheque which is less than 50 lacs. if yes on which date.
