When a employee join new company in the interval of financial year i.e in the month of Oct ( Monthly Salary 35000/- ), in the such scenario his salary is going to be @ 210000/- for six month. how to calculate TDS on salary

The present employer to get the details of salary payment and TDS details of previous employer and deduct TDS including previous employment.

Salary below threshold limit not require to deduct TDS, unless until if Employee disclose previous employment income than TDS to be calculated adding previous company salary take consideration of Savings, if any TDS deducted by previous employer considering above work applicable Slabs if exceeds thresholds limit

Previous employee given monthly salary of Rs.30000/- he had worked for six month in the previous company ,after that employee joined new company he got monthly salary of Rs.35000 /- for six month .in such scenario his entire salary is going to be @ Rs.360000 /-
Q1 shall new company deduct tds from his salary ?
Q.2,if his entire salary is taxable i.e 360000 /- for deducting Tds but after considering his 80cc deduction his entire salary would be 2,90,000 New company shall deduct TDS from his salary
