When TDS should be deduction on salaries.

If tds liability Arise for Salaried Employees after considering Taxable salary taking consideration of Reeipts of 80C deduction Left out Income Tax should be calculated same to be spread for 12 months , if Tax Deductible is is not huge amount you can divide the same in 4th Quarter. Whenever you deduct TDS same to be remitted subsequent month by 07th every quarter TDS Return to be filed
