Is it possible that two different companies deduct "TDS On Salary U/s 192" for the same time for same person ?
I would appreciate if you can ref any previous case law.

yes if he has worked in a fy for both co.

ok thank you sir, By the way in my case one of those receipt is "Incremental part of salary from past years"

still it is taxable as salary.
