Simply, calculate his total income after giving deductions assuming salary as 22000, now calculate the tax payable by him. Divide the tax calculated by 12, this would be your monthly deduction of TDS

pls make calculation of tax after taking deduction and as received by you and divided the tax amount by 12 it comes per month tax liability.
