On tds deducted on Salary one employee having more than one employer the current employer should consider the previous employment income whether this is mandatory or optional

If the employee gives a declaration in form 12B, the employer should necessarily consider that and deduct tax accordingly.

Its mendatory for employer to consider not only income of previous owner, but also income from any other source and all deductions, as reported by the employee.
