Car Lease Charges Rs.30,000/- are paid by employer to employee. The car is used partly for official and partly for personal purposes.
Whether employee will be liable to pay tax on this amount ? Employer will have to deduct tds on this amount ?

Yes, it is taxable in the hands of employee, based on the car capacity
