Dear Experts
We have to pay salary to our forieng director(uk)
Net 130000/- per month from Nov-12.
what will be the break up(gross) & TDS detailS, PAN NOT AVAILABLE

Apply TDS provisions as contained in Section 192. The TDS deductible is if less than 20% of the amount liable to be taxed, deduct 20% +2% EC+1% S&HC EC.
