Tds on repayment of loan

I have to know whether TDS have been deducted on interest on loan repayment to Future Capital Hodings Ltd.(example) if the loan is taken against the any asset and it is secured . Please guide in this regard.

In case of interest payment to Private Financiers -TDS is deductible.
