If i have tds certificate of nil deduction of rent from a vendor for 1 lac.
The limit for tds deduction for rent is 1.8 lacs.
Do i need to deduct tds after 2.8 lacs or 1 lac or 1.8 lac

Strange no deduction certificate as the basic exmeption is more than the exemption given. Deduct TDS after 1.8 lacs.
