Dear Sir,
As an indidual I had given on rent a primesses to a Multinational company on the monthly rent of Rs. 30,000.00
Kindly suggest can I request the rent payer not to deduct the TDS from the rent

You can suggest the tenant not to deduct tax provided the landlord's income from business/profession is less than Rs 40laks/Rs 10lakhs in the immediately preceding financial year in which rent is credited or paid.

No. Except if you obtain a certificate of non deduction from your assessing officer and furnish to the company
