What is the TDS rate for rent paid by an Association of Persons,is it 15% or 20%?

other than individual or huf the rate is 20%. rate for individual/ huf is 15%

If the deductee is Individual or HUF than TDS shall be deducted @15% otherwise @ 20%. Surcharge as applicable and education cess @ 3% shall be added to this rate.
