09 August 2015 Not very clear of what you mean by reimbursement of management fees. How can fees be reimbursed?

TDS is very much applicable for payment of management fees. sec 195. The rate will depend upon the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement between India and the country where your Group company is situated.

Please note form 15CA and 15 CB are applicable.
