Tds on purchase and installation of genset.

Hello, Purchase and Installation of Genset, quite a huge one. Do we need to deduct 2% TDS ? Price is a single quote for purchase and installation of Genset. Installation is included in the purchase price. Thanks.

Only installation charges will attract TDS u/s.194C. but the query states that invoice is combined one for purchase and installation, hence TDS will apply total value of invoice including purchase price
