TDS ON PIGMY COMMISSION PAID BY URBAN CO-OP. BANKS
Whether pigmi commission paid to pigmi deposit collectors to be treated as salary u/s 192 for TDS or 194H?
Whether pigmi commission paid to pigmi deposit collectors to be treated as salary u/s 192 for TDS or 194H?

In case the depositors are paid only Commission and ,employer-employee relationship with bank does not exist, then 194H will be applicable on the Commission being paid to them.
