Would you please let me know about the rate of TDS to be deducted by a Indian conmpany on the franchise payments made to an Non Resident Company, to conduct its(Non Resident's) educational courses in India? Thanks in Advance.

if there is any dtaa then lower of dtaa or maxtax rate applicable.
